Dear Maintainer,

I've noticed that in newer HTML documentation template, doxygen uses
jquery for folding some optional sections (inheritance/collaboration
diagrams or call graphs, for example), but it doesn't include jquery.js
in HTML documentation tree, which makes these section unusable, since
they do not unfold on click. I suppose that the problem has been
introduced by https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=622147
fix, since enabling of GENERATE_TREEVIEW option led to inclusion of
jquery.js, which makes this folding sections successfully unfold on
click. Please, reconsider the cases when jquery.js should be included
(at least, it should be included when at least one of CLASS_GRAPH,
COLLABORATION_GRAPH, GROUP_GRAPHS, INCLUDE_GRAPH,
INCLUDED_BY_GRAPH, CALL_GRAPH, CALLER_GRAPH,
GRAPHICAL_HIERARCHY, DIRECTORY_GRAPH and some possible
option for enabling/disabling adding list of inherited members — at least
they are foldable too).
