Hi,
once the tor package is able to run obfsproxy even when AppArmor is
enabled (#739279), it will be running obfsproxy unconfined.
Adding an AppArmor profile for obfsproxy should be pretty easy.
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6996#comment:22 has
a draft one.
I'll probably take care of this some day.

Done in branch bug739284-add-apparmor-profile in the Vcs-Git repo,
that also includes an unrelated minor packaging improvement or two.
