Simbody is a SimTK toolset providing general multibody dynamics capability,
that is, the ability to solve Newton's 2nd law F=ma in any set of generalized

source, object-oriented C++ API and delivers high-performance,
accuracy-controlled science/engineering-quality results.

I guess you are intending to package this and also Bug#728719: ITP:
sdformat under Debian Science umbrella.  Please make sure your are
maintaining it in Debian Science Vcs and it would be great if you
would forward ITPs like this also to Debian Science mailing list.

Thanks for pointing me into the right direction. I will create the 
proper repositories and will take care of including debain-science when 
sending the ITP bugs.

Oh yes, I will probably need some help once the packaging is ready. I 
didn't know the PureBlends project, looks like a very good resource to
