I would encourage you to package this to use wxwidgets3.0 (now in
unstable) rather than 2.8, as we're hoping to remove 2.8 for jessie.
The upstream changelog mentions fixes for 2.9 compatibility, so chances
are good it will work with 3.0.

Hi,

What is the status of your package? Will it be uploaded to incoming queue?

This package is required by Slic3r - the software for 3D printers, so
it would be nice to see it in Debian soon.
