We are getting segfaults while loading extensions in the case if you
have extensions deps not meet.

I found the upstream commit
http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=commit;h=4c6678d6058fd740a9e186b49f9daa72d09ed300
which seems to fix the issue.

Seems useful to merge the fix in wheezy version.
