I intend to orphan the qwo package.

It is a fun tool I have used while I have used my openmoko -- not
interested in it any longer, so it is up for grabbers. Current popcon is 16.

The package description is:
Qwo is an implementation of quikwriting, an input method to continuously
enter text on a touchscreen, without picking up the finger or stylus.
