We have not revewed the changes in exosip 4.0 and have no plans (yet?) to
support it. However, we may include a contributed patch if it is not too
intrusive.
On a roadmap side, we are going to release the Linphone 3.6.0 next week.
It includes a nicer GUI and many other improvements.
