Message #5 received at submit@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
Package: php5-cli
Version: 5.3.3-7+squeeze14
When I invoke the following code, the day in the array return is invalid ([month] -> 1, [day] -> 71).
<?php
print_r(date_parse_from_format('z', '70'));
?>
On Debian Wheezy (testing), it appears to provide a valid month and day for the current year.
Marked as fixed in versions php5/5.4.4-14.

Hi Johnny,
thanks for the bugreport.
This is just a notice that according to the release policy only security
fixes can go into stable release, so this won't get fixed. (And since
wheezy should be out really soon^W^Wwhen it's ready), this should fix
itself after the release.
