This is actually an upstream bug which was already fixed by PHP. However, it is missing in Debian and seems to block us from using TYPO3 CMS with Debian Squeeze.

Upstream bug report: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=54624
Upstream fix: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/?view=revision&revision=312112
TYPO3 bug report: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/40653

As this was already fixed upstream, I hope it will be simple to port it for Debian Squeeze.

Sorry, I've set a wrong package name. Can someone change it to "php5" please?

FYI we test to rebuild php5-5.3.3 with this patch, and Typo3 has always fatal error :

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Tx_Vhs_Service_AssetService in /home/foo/www/typo3conf/ext/vhs/Classes/Service/AssetService.php on line 36

Then I think this patch is not sufficient for Typo3
