Hi,

if the string "processor" was not found in /proc/cpuinfo, package
(pre)configuration will fail (e.g. on ARM).
This bug was introduced with apt-build 0.12.42.

This is caused by grep (in config script) which properly returns "0" (-c
switch) but because it didn't find anything return a non zero exit code
-> maintainer script fails.
