 This package contains the common parts: you will need to install either
 eucalyptus-cloud, eucalyptus-cc or eucalyptus-nc (or all of them).

FYI, there is already an eucalpytus sitting in NEW:
 http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/eucalyptus_3.1.0-1.html
