uscan does not detect a new dia-shapes package with the following debian/watch
file:

the detected package version is 0.2.0 but there is already a 0.3.0
version avaialble. but 0.3.0 is not available at
http://qa.debian.org/watch/sf.php/dia-installer/

FWIW, the following watch file works around this (the versioned file to
be found inside a versioned directory):

Seems to be working now.

That's maintained by debian-qa, not devscripts.
