Please document reasons for not supporting t1lib/imagepsloadfont

In debian/rules t1lib is deactivated. Please enable, because
otherwiese imagepsloadfont is not available.

Oh, I did not see anything for this in README.Debian.

How is imagepsloadfont replaced? It would be great to have this
documented, I only found the question in 638755, not the answer.

It's not replaced, it's just not supported. t1lib is a security nightmare.

It's documented in debian/NEWS (which shows up if you have
apt-listchanges installed).

Ok, I just hoped that there would be a migration plan. Since I only
need it occaisonally I probably will need to build local copies for
these occasions.

I think it would be a good idea to document this permanently in
README.Debian, I hence retitled this bug.

oldstable
(well and earlier)...

Feel free to reopen the bug in you can reproduce it with php5 from
current
stable Debian release.
