I tried to have a look after this bug, but it won't show up in a newly

Can anybody try to compile it again, please?

Hi,
Builds okay for me too on Wheezy kfreebsd-i386 (gcc-4.7, kkh 9.0-1)
using dpkg-buildpackage...
But I noticed this in the buildd log, during a debian/rules clean step:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=aiccu&arch=kfreebsd-i386&ver=20070115-15&stamp=1333022804
> Removing patch 04_kfreebsd.patch
> Restoring unix-console/Makefile
>
> Removing patch 03_no-quiet-gcc.patch
> Restoring unix-console/Makefile
The patches are reverted, but they're not applied again before building.
Hence kFreeBSD starts failing again, and also the build log is back to
'quiet gcc' mode, and presumably other issues.
In debian/rules, maybe 'clean: unpatch' is inappropriate, or perhaps
there's some corresponding 'patch' that should be a prerequisite for build?

Hi,
The attached patch seems to make debian/rules work as intended.
I also added the '-f' option to an 'rm' which would otherwise fail on
subsequent rebuilds.

Same here. Tried to build it in pbuilder on kfreebsd-i386, and it
worked like a charm(*), even with --twice.

I doubt that this patch makes a change. From
/usr/share/quilt/quilt.make:
---snip---
[...]
patch: $(QUILT_STAMPFN)
$(QUILT_STAMPFN):
[...]
---snap---
So "patch" is an empty target which depends on "$(QUILT_STAMPFN)".
Which makes the two targets exchangable.
Even the -f seems not necessary since I was able to build the package
twice in a row in pbuilder.
Christoph: Is it possible that this was a temporary issue, either with
the build system or the buildds? Can you trigger new builds on
kfreebsd?

Just found out together with Christoph: It is reproducible with
"dpkg-buildpackage -B" as used when just a binary package is built,
i.e. on the build daemons.
The fix is to remove (non-dpkg) quilt usage completely from the
package as common with source format 3.0 packages and already
suspected by Steven:

Also merged on git.
