A number of packages in the archive Depend on python-argparse, and until 2.7.2-12,
python2.7 has provided this virtual package.  -13 seems to drop this Provides, without
a word in changelog.Debian, and the way to allow this new version to be installed without
dropping any argparse-using package seems to install python2.6 and the compat python-argparse
package.
