I would like to upload libquvi 0.4.0 to unstable. This means a soname
change (libquvi0 -> libquvi7).

It has only a few reverse dependencies: cclive, grilo-plugins and
totem-pl-parser. cclive needs a sourceful upload (version from
experimental), the other two packages only need a binNMU:

nmu grilo-plugins_0.1.18-1 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild against libquvi7.'
nmu totem-pl-parser_2.32.6-2 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild against libquvi7.'
dw grilo-plugins_0.1.18-1 totem-pl-parser_2.32.6-2 . ALL . -m 'libquvi-dev (>= 0.4)'

Please tell me when it's okay to upload the package.

Regards,
Ansgar

This one is currently in the (somewhat fucked up) libarchive transition.
It's hopefully getting better thanks to Pino's efforts, but it's not
ready yet (I only scheduled binNMUs earlier today).

Right after libarchive is over should be OK; please feel free to ping us
back when it finishes if we don't spontaneously get back to you at that
point.

I uploaded libquvi yesterday and it was built on all architectures by
now. Today I also uploaded cclive and quvi to unstable.

Could you schedule binNMUs for the remaining two packages?

It seems confused by the old libquvi binaries as it still shows libquvi
as red.

Ansgar

as of tonight's britney run libquvi0 is no longer in testing, closing.
