The bug from
http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=61812&archive=yes is
back in the latest version, after being fixed in 2.6.1-1.
Again, this HTML garbage is rather annoying for those of us using mutt
or other non-htmlized mailreaders.
Thanks

Are you sure ? I still see the fix in the latest .diff.gz so I see no
reason why it would have disappeared unless you're using it with a
localized version and the translation may not be up to date ?
Cheers,

i'm sure, i just had a message today (very low-volume list ;) and
noticed it.
i see the fix in the text in bin/List.pm, but sympa is using nls/us.cat
(probably because it's symlinked from default.cat), and those have the
old behavior. i see a few other spots in the source where a mailto link
is generated as well (e.g. in bin/List.pm sub request_auth).

Yeah, that's the problem, I corrected only the source and the french
translation and I forgot about the us catalog (wonder why it exists ...).
Anyway, I won't upload a sympa update just for that, the bugfix has gone
upstream, so I'll wait until sympa 2.7 is out ... (it's already in alpha
stage).

Btw, the initial (#61812) bug's URL is indeed http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=61812.
Cannot report myself, as not having any sympa server installed with en_US around.
Hope this helps,
Changed Bug title to `The return of bug #61812 (Rather useless 'to be approved' messages)' from `The return of bug #61812'.

Package: sympa
Followup-For: Bug #65299
Contrary to what I was thinking, I could just notice that a mailing-list of mine displays the right thing in US locale (I suppose, at least it's english) :
To distribute the attached message in list ...
mailto:sympa@...?subject=DISTRIBUTE%20...
Or send a message to sympa@... with the following subject :
DISTRIBUTE ... ...
etc. (removed the addresses and keys).
So it can be closed for good this time, I hope.
Best regards,

Next time send a mail to xxxx-done@b.d.o with a "Version: <fixed version>"
pseudo-header instead of only using the fixed command.
