virtual package,
but this virtual package is not listed in virtual-package-names-list.txt.
We must register fonts-japanese-gothic as virtual package.

That's a should, not a must, and excludes cooperating groups of
packages. Also what happened to discussing mass-bug filings on
debian-devel? Closing.

Because it's not clear to me what you think the bug is, because you
didn't discuss this mass bug filing on -devel, and because even if
there's a bug it's in no way serious. You can do better.
