Subject: cvssuck: yada modifies build-dependencies when rebuilding
Date: Sat, 06 Aug 2011 19:18:44 +0100
Source: cvssuck
Version: 0.3.cvs20060124-1
Severity: serious
User: diocles@debian.org
Usertags: remove-yada

yada modifies build-dependencies in the clean target of debian/rules,
which is against the release team's RC policy for wheezy:
http://bugs.debian.org/334164
http://release.debian.org/wheezy/rc_policy.txt

This therefore affects cvssuck too.

yada has been orphaned, and looks likely to be removed from Debian in
the near future: http://bugs.debian.org/636735

The easiest solution to this would be to move to an alternative
packaging helper tool, like debhelper.

Kind regards,

Subject: yada dependency of cvssuck removed
Date: Sat, 6 Aug 2011 20:54:44 +0200
Source: cvssuck
Version: 0.3.cvs20060124-2

This was already fixed by a QA upload that was
in preparation while the bug came in:

cvssuck (0.3.cvs20060124-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA Upload
  - setting Maintainer to qa group
  - remove usage of yada by replacing debian/ except control and changelog
  - change section to vcs
  - fix minus signs in manpage
