In version 7.21.7-1 of libcurl4-gnutls-dev, curl/types.h is missing.
I'm not sure whether this is intended or it's a mistake, but it makes
packages FTBFS like this:

> make[3]: *** [src/osgEarth/CMakeFiles/osgEarth.dir/HTTPClient.cpp.o] Error 1
> make[3]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/osgearth/tmp'

If this is intended please give some guidance on how to resolve this
problem and close the bug, thanks!

curl/types.h is long deprecated.
