Also, on this bug, it causes rebuilding of php5[1] to fail all its
tests. Cursory investigation is that those same messages are being
emitted by the tests, causing them to all fail.

Those config files have been changed to remove the deprecated comment
signs, both in the php5 package and in module packages.

This also is no longer true.
