Package: ltsp-server
Version: 5.2.4-2~bpo50+2
Severity: important
File /usr/share/doc/ltsp-server/lts-parameters.txt says
"The lts-parameters.txt file is no longer maintained.
Please see the lts.conf(5) man page, available in the
ltsp-docs package."
However ltsp-docs is not available for squeeze.

it is not available for lenny or lenny-backports (which you seemed to be
using), but it is definitely available for squeeze (0.99+bzr115-1), at least
according to:
http://packages.debian.org/ltsp-docs
