Think it should be upgraded, as it gives errors with PHP 5.3.
Those are solved in the latest version (that is out for +1 year now).


If wanted I can create the packages.

Is there any chance this bugs when using PHP 5.3 (which is the default
in Debian Squeeze) will be fixed (e.g. by using the new upstream
version)?
In the meantime, I've created a package of the new version (2.5.0b3). If
anyone is interested I could share it.
