Could you be please more specific than just the subject line? Like
detailed description, test case, etc. Ideally if you can report that
directly to upstream BTS (http://bugs.php.net/).

This belongs to the bug report... and I still don't have usable
repeatable use case, there's no reason for being terse in a bug
report.

with no ouput_buffering php only parse the first version of a new php-
file. When I reboot the system only the first loaded version will be
parsed. if i rename the file - it works . this happens only in version
5.3.3+ not in 5.2.6.
