This should be a section below "5.10 Porting and being ported":

Marking non-free packages as auto-buildable
-------------------------------------------

By default packages from non-free are not built by the autobuilder
network (mostly because the license of the packages could disapprove).

To enable a package to be build you need to perform the following
steps:

- Check whether it's legally allowed and technically possible
  to auto-build the package
- Add "XS-Autobuild: yes" into the header part of debian/control
- Send an email to nonfree@release.debian.net and explain why the
package can legitimately and technically be auto-built

Cheers,
        Moritz

Does this work again now? The last time I asked in debian-devel, I was
told that nothing looked at this, but I probably missed an announcement.

Yes, that's how I marked python-cogent as auto-buildable. I too had
difficulties to figure out the process. Hence, this bug report.

Cheers,

Hi,

the description from Moritz is correctly and works. However, using
@release.d.o instead of .d.n is better.
