Both of these are gnulib issues, building with gnulib head
(3f75f63f5e0bc6293e7a712e8699d930d4e53a5f) succeeds.

Is that something we currently have in Debian? IOW: Should I give it

Hello,

Giving back won't help, no. Gnulib files are updated at release time
by the upstream author (somehow similar to auto*) using a known-good
release of gnulib. The meaning my message was "tags patch
easily-fixed-upstream") I will try to make sure this bug will be fixed
in the next upstream release.

Joy. While 4.5.10 succeeded 4.5.11 fails again, but in a different
location (test-trunc2).
