Hi,

/usr/bin/mk-sbuild sets BUILD_PKGS="--no-install-recommends $BUILD_PKGS" only
for --distro=ubuntu, resulting in a not-so-minimal chroot with --distro=debian
(unless someone likes xulrunner, cairo, gtk+, dbus & co ;).
