Subject: bugs.debian.org: get rid of the infuriating balloons
Date: Mon, 16 Aug 2010 14:04:34 -0400
Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: important

Apparently there are balloons all over bugs.debian.org. This makes the system
extremely difficult and uninviting to use.

Clicking on one of the balloons links to "Debian Appreciation Day" at
http://thank.debian.net/. It seems to me that getting in the way of
people filing, reading, and resolving Debian bugs is the one way to show
your utter lack of concern for the people that make Debian happen.

Please remove these balloons immediately.

Gee, thanks.

I've tweaked the js slightly so there are fewer baloons and they are
less annoying, and it's only going to be up during the 24 hours of
Debian's birthday anyway. Have a slice of cake and a beer and
celebrate.
