The above URL has the upstream bug report.  The web server is running Debian
Lenny and the planet-venus package from it.  The J and K keys don't scroll
the display, it works in Firefox and Konqueror.  Cookies are enabled.

Thanks for a clear report.  Yes, I can reproduce this.  (After checking
"Enable J and K keys", the J key works exactly once.)
