https://code.google.com/p/garmintools/issues/detail?id=15, garmin_gpx does
not generate correct gpx files, that could for example be used with Josm. In
the bug repport mentionned previously, the reporter joined a patch fixing
the problem.

The patch proposed upstream for this issue is apparently working, from
comments in upstream BTS. Should't we, then upload a new version with

I didn't have time to test it, these days I am quite busy with other
stuff. But I don't have any objections if you want to integrate that
patch!

Done. I'm pondering an upload but I'm not confident enough with gbp
and thus would prefer leaving it up to you (when you can, of course).
