Hi Eric,

I've ask the upstream and he asks me to not packaging this yet.
This is his mail:

So I'm waiting for the upstream to release 0.4 of
pam-face-authentication. From the commit log of the upstream it seems
that they are still heavily developing the 0.4 version.

Regards,
Paul

retitle 589900 RFP: pam-face-authentication -- a pluggable authentication module for face authentication
noowner 589900
thanks

Hi,

This is an automatic email to change the status of pam-face-authentication back from ITP
(Intent to Package) to RFP (Request for Package), because this bug hasn't seen
any activity during the last 6 months.

If you are still interested in adopting pam-face-authentication, please send a mail to
<control@bugs.debian.org> with:

retitle 589900 ITP: pam-face-authentication -- a pluggable authentication module for face authentication
 owner 589900 !
 thanks

However, it is not recommended to keep ITP for a long time without acting on
the package, as it might cause other prospective maintainers to refrain from
packaging that software. It is also a good idea to document your progress on
this ITP from time to time, by mailing <589900@bugs.debian.org>.

Thank you for your interest in Debian,

Hi Eric,

Do you still have the interest to ITP this package?

I haven't heard anything about 0.4 from the upstream now.
This is the mail that I have received one year ago from the upstream:
>
> I am currently in the process of Internationalizing it. Version 0.4
has some extra features that
> users have demanded after releasing 0.3 one year ago . I think it will
ready by first week of

And this ITP is passed by half-year without any actions so it becomes RFP.
Also my friend isn't interested in this project being in Debian anymore.
Thus please feel free to take the RFP away.
I'm able for sponsoring the upload for you if you need.

Regards,
Paul

Hi,

The project is being developed again and I would like to pick up packaging.
Could this bug be turned into ITP again?

Regards,
Jacek
