Message #5 received at submit@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
Package: hbase-bin
Version: 0.20.4+dfsg1-1
Severity: important
In the help of hbase, I see:
hbase(main):002:0> help
HBASE SHELL COMMANDS:
<snip>
Examples:
hbase> create 't1', {NAME => 'f1', VERSIONS => 5}
hbase> create 't1', {NAME => 'f1'}, {NAME => 'f2'}, {NAME => 'f3'}
hbase> # The above in shorthand would be the following:
hbase> create 't1', 'f1', 'f2', 'f3'
hbase> create 't1', {NAME => 'f1', VERSIONS => 1, TTL => 2592000, \
BLOCKCACHE => true}
<snip>
So I try to copy-paste the first example:
hbase(main):017:0> create 't1', {NAME => 'f1', VERSIONS => 5}
TypeError: cannot convert instance of class
org.jruby.java.proxies.ConcreteJavaProxy to int
It should have created this table as instructed instead of showing me a
TypeError.
