Hello,

I can't maintain nautilus-clamscan well so i'm requesting an adoption. It
would be great if someone could take over. It's a very simple package.

Note: CCying people who reported bugs on nautilus-clamscan.

Hello,

To be honest, I have no experience in packaging, but as you said, it
seems a simple package, and I would like to help you with it at the
same time you help me with these tasks so I can learn and maybe in the
future help in bigger packages. Don't worry, I learn fast ;)

Please CC me the answer because I'm not suscribed.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your interest. I haven't been spending time on it recently, but if/when new bugs/feature requests show, i would probably still work on them. I hope it's enough to answer your question.

Hi Ludwin,

How is progress on this ITA ?

Note that there is no need to wait for Clément Lorteau to fix the problem with
the binaries in Debian. You can repackage the upstream source. The link you
mentioned yourself:
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/best-pkging-practices.html#bpp-origtargz

If you need a sponsor then please get your package onto one of these lists (or
onto both lists) :
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=sponsorship-requests
http://mentors.debian.net/packages/index

Regards,

Bart Martens
