Hi.
Manpage and php -h don't mention option -q, however, it's documented in online docs as :
-q --no-header Quiet-mode. Suppress HTTP header output (CGI only).

this sort of bug would be better reported upstream. Can you do it
yourself, or do you want us to report it?
