Hello!

The D-Bus tests currently fail during package build. I figured out
that this is due to fakeroot, apparently dbus-launch does not work
very well under it.

I attach a patch which disables fakeroot for "make check", so that the
testsuite works cleanly during package build as well. This is a good
time again for failing the build when the test suite fails, to catch
(possibly architecture specific) regressions.

This also gets rid of that Ubuntu special case (see #569690).
