This is an additional plugin for GKrellM that allows to view and set the CPU clock

tiling window managers such as ion3 together with GKrellM.

noowner 572289
thanks

Hi,

This is an automatic email to change the status of gkrellm-cpufreq back from ITP
(Intent to Package) to RFP (Request for Package), because this bug hasn't seen
any activity during the last 6 months.

If you are still interested in adopting gkrellm-cpufreq, please send a mail to
<control@bugs.debian.org> with:

retitle 572289 ITP: gkrellm-cpufreq -- CPU frequency plugin for GKrellM
 owner 572289 !
 thanks

However, it is not recommended to keep ITP for a long time without acting on
the package, as it might cause other prospective maintainers to refrain from
packaging that software. It is also a good idea to document your progress on
this ITP from time to time, by mailing <572289@bugs.debian.org>.

Thank you for your interest in Debian,

I'm still intend to package "gkrellm-cpufreq" myself, it's been on
mentors for almost a year now. See the mentors page for the
appropriate package [1]. As I said earlier, when we talked shortly
after FOSDEM, some packages on Mentors simply seemed to be ignored
forever :(. The same applies to "qhimdtransfer" which you changed from
ITP to RFP.

Adrian

Have you contacted debian-mentors@ (the list mailing list) ? It is not
enough to upload the package to mentors.d.o

Yes, I indeed filed two RFS on the mentors list, they're still in the archive [1], [2].

Maybe I should have been more persisting and come back with my RFS
several times. Hmm.

Hi,

I'm a DD myself now and so I'll change this back to ITP :).

Short update.

Packaging is work-in-progress [1] and should be done in a few
weeks. I am currently just way too busy with other stuff, like
reviewing and sponsoring the MATE desktop.

Cheers,

Uploaded.

Should pop up in NEW during the next update of the queue. This bug
will probably have to be closed manually since the debian/changelog
contains several new entries after the initial release entry.
