Full boot log attached.

I find it interesting that the kernel thinks it's tainted when booting
from an "official" Debian installer CD.

Using a 32bit grml 2009.11 boots just fine. I'll try grml64 and a
Debian 32bit image tomorrow.

If I can deliver other information about the system, please say so.
Please note that I'm going to lose access to the box later this week
when the VMware team will install _their_ toy on the box.

Greetings
Marc

Please try a daily built image which should have a 2.6.32 kernel now.
If that fails as well, we'll reassign to the kernel team.

It gets tainted *because* of the kernel bug. Nothing to worry about.

Cheers,
FJP

The 2.6.32 flavour used by today's daily image boots and installs
fine, modulo the firmware issues I reported in a different report.

Greetings
Marc

OK. Let's close this one then.

Thanks.
