It has already been packaged and is available for i386 and amd64:
http://debian.wgdd.de/debian/#sid (JFTR: I'm part of the bluefish team,
so you don't need to tell me about releases)

It won't get uploaded to Sid. This is a release with 2 zeros. So
it will get uloaded to experimental (soon).
