Could you please try to remove that line, and try without any option
(an editor will be spawn and send the email using the mta on the
machine)? also, can you try with '--mutt' on the command-line (ISTR
I've tried with --mutt but not with mutt in the config file)?
If any of those works, I'd downgrade the severity (it's not unusable,
and I'm sure i've used 4.10 without 'mutt' and it worked), but I
acknowledge it's something I need to fix asap, so consider this a
temporary workaround.

Without any mua option, it seems to work. reportbug --mutt is broken
too though. I'd still say it's a grave bug, but I won't play bug ping
pong if you disagree :)

I have the same problem. If I replace "mutt" by "mua mutt", I can
still use Mutt.
