Thanks for your report.

The regex that decides whether or not a link should be created to the
Debian Patch Tracker has to be updated to match 3.0 (quilt) patches
archives.

Changes in commit 88495a4, waiting for pkg_group people to make it
alive.

 It's now finally alive (including a fix to the commit) - at least
checked on powell, the two mirrors of packages will pick it up with the
next mirror pulse.
