I spoke with rapache maintainer and upstream developer, he told me it's
abandoned, so it's unlikey it will receive new updates soon.

It has low popcon and is buggy, therefore I'm asking for its removal, as
agreed with package maintainer earlier today.

removed from the Bug Tracking System.  Please check all open bugs and
close them or re-assign them to another package if the removed package
was superseded by another one.
