Trying to view the current gnumeric documentation,
ii  gnumeric-doc   1.9.15-1       spreadsheet application for GNOME - document
through yelp, e.g.
	yelp /usr/share/gnome/help/gnumeric/C/gnumeric.xml
results in an error

	error on line 411 at column 3109: Encoding error
	Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
which is apparently generated by webkit's
./WebCore/dom/XMLTokenizerLibxml2.cpp .

It is not a particularly helpful error, as the gnumeric documentation is
split over a large number of files but the error does not include a file
name.

I have not been able to find anything wrong with gnumeric's documentation
(e.g. using xmllint), and the documentation is rendered without complaints
by the current git version of yelp (using gecko), which leads me to believe
that the problem is on the yelp side rather than in gnumeric-doc.
