Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-devel@lists.debian.org

 Package name: algoscore
 Version: 081112
 Upstream Author: Jonatan Liljedahl <lijon@kymatica.com>
 URL: http://www.bitminds.net/kymatica/index.php/Software/AlgoScore
 License: GPL
 Programming Language: C, Nasal
 Description: GUI for algorithmic composition
AlgoScore is a graphical environment for algorithmic composition, where
music is constructed directly in an interactive graphical score.
The result is output as audio (through CSound), arbitrary control data
(through JACK ports) for control of other applications,
MIDI through JACK or to file, or OpenSoundControl messages. The generated
audio can be played back through JACK or exported to an audiofile.

I already packaged this application for Ubuntu at REVU:
http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/p/algoscore There should be only a few to zero
changes necessary no make it ready for Debian.

Thanks!
  Matthias Klumpp

Hi,

This is an automatic email to change the status of algoscore back from ITP
(Intent to Package) to RFP (Request for Package), because this bug hasn't seen
any activity during the last 6 months.

If you are still interested in adopting algoscore, please send a mail to
<control@bugs.debian.org> with:

retitle 553270 ITP: algoscore -- GUI for algorithmic composition
 owner 553270 !
 thanks

However, it is not recommended to keep ITP for a long time without acting on
the package, as it might cause other prospective maintainers to refrain from
packaging that software. It is also a good idea to document your progress on
this ITP from time to time, by mailing <553270@bugs.debian.org>.

Thank you for your interest in Debian,
