I do not see how that is possible, sorry.  Audacious-Plugins build depends on the right version of Audacious (>= 2.1, << 2.2) -> =2.1-1, so it seems to be a problem with your setup.

Please provide more information.

Could it be, that the problem has been solved somehow?  I see a
buildlog for s390 wich looks good to me.
