I want an item which is essentially the transaction file icon from the
flowchart set, but rotated through 90 degrees. But clicking "flip
vertically" has no effect.

Hi,

in Dia 0.97.1 in Debian, the transaction file is symmetrical to the
horizontal axis. This way, flipping vertically doesn't make sense.
Further, by flipping (horizontally or vertically) you can't achieve
rotation by 90 degrees.

Therefore, I'm closing this bug.

Please get back to me if I got you wrong.
