Hi Vagrant,

I noticed a few syntactic things that could be made even all along the
template po file. Essentially, these are :
- capital letters at the beginning of the strings,
- occurrences of "APT" versus "apt" without a clear reason,
- final stops at the end of the strings, apparently distributed at random.
