Security updates tries to install version 5.2.0-10+lenny1 on my system
which depends on php5-common(= 5.2.0-10+lenny1) which doesn't exist in Lenny

Please read old closed bugs before filling new one.

Apache 1.x was deprecated in Lenny and so was libapache-mod-php5. You need
to install Apache 2.x stack.
