(from wikipedia)

FASM (Flat Assembler) is a free and open source Intel-style assembler supporting the IA-32 and x86-64
architectures. It is known for its high speed, size optimizations, OS portability, and macro
capabilities. It is a low-level assembler and uses few command-line options. It is available
for Winsows, Linux and Unix w/ libc.

retitle 513402 RFP: fasm -- assembly language compiler for x86 and x86-64 processors
noowner 513402
thanks

Hi,

This is an automatic email to change the status of fasm back from ITP
(Intent to Package) to RFP (Request for Package), because this bug hasn't seen
any activity during the last 12 months.

If you are still interested in adopting fasm, please send a mail to
<control@bugs.debian.org> with:

retitle 513402 ITP: fasm -- assembly language compiler for x86 and x86-64 processors
 owner 513402 !
 thanks

However, it is not recommended to keep ITP for a long time without acting on
the package, as it might cause other prospective maintainers to refrain from
packaging that software. It is also a good idea to document your progress on
this ITP from time to time, by mailing <513402@bugs.debian.org>.

Thank you for your interest in Debian,
