Attached is an update of the (very) obsolete adduser translation. I've
recoded it into UTF-8 and set myself as Last-Translator, as well as setting a
proper Translation-team header.

I've checked and noticed that Ubuntu's Launchpad has a few changes in the
translation that fixes some typos I did not notice (in ~5 strings). Updated
is a new PO file with some more fixes.

Please use this one instead.
