Subject: if software volume control is on, audacious does not remember volume value used before
Date: Thu, 05 Jun 2008 07:58:30 +0200
Package: audacious
Version: 1.5.0-2
Severity: normal

If in Preferences -> Audio -> Volume Control -> Use software volume
control is selected, it seems audacious does not store this value of the
last volume setting when you close audacious. If you start audacious the
next time, volume will be again set to 100%. If software-volume-control
is disabled, audacious seems to remind the previously used value.

Subject: software volume settings is now saved on quitting audacious
Date: Thu, 07 Aug 2008 05:51:36 +0200
Hello,

Just want to note - it seems that with actual present lenny versions

ii audacious 1.5.1-3

ii audacious-plugins 1.5.1-2

ii audacious-plugins-extra 1.5.1-2

ii libaudclient1 1.5.1-3

ii libaudid3tag1 1.5.1-3

audacious now correctly saves the current software volume setting too,
and restores it correctly after launching audacious again.

Regards,
Andreas
